 Responsibilities

 Drive continuous revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned Tri-State territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key clinical stakeholders, surgeons, and administrative decision-makers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver expert-level clinical presentations and product demonstrations to articulate clear value propositions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial prospecting through contract execution and account management.
 </li>

 Qualifications

 <li>
 Industry Expertise: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience, with a documented, successful track record specifically within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Established Network: An active, strong network of relationships with physicians, specialists, surgical centers, or hospital networks within the Tri-State area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex clinical sales cycles, handle competitive conversions, and consistently exceed quarterly quotas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the discipline to effectively manage and scale a high-potential geographic territory.
 </li>
