 Hiperdist is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
 
 Enterprise Sales Manager
 
 to lead sales across Power (UPS), Data Center Infrastructure, and Surveillance (CCTV) verticals in
 
 Oman
 
 , with potential collaboration across the GCC. This role is ideal for a professional with proven sales experience, strong channel relationships, and hands-on success in technical solution sales.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive end-to-end sales for UPS systems (1-Phase &amp; 3-Phase), servers, storage, networking, PDUs, racks, cabinets, and CCTV solutions (cameras, NVRs/DVRs, monitors, and accessories).
 </li>
 <li>
 Sell through Oman-based resellers, VARs, SIs, end users, and service providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, manage, and grow key channel partner relationships across the assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the full sales cycle: forecast, commit, close, and collect revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring quarterly revenue targets are met or exceeded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct monthly business reviews covering revenue, collections, inventory, and partner activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure product availability and inventory accuracy in coordination with logistics and category teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver technical and commercial presentations, product demos, and proof-of-value to clients and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Hiperdist at industry events, vendor sessions, exhibitions, and roadshows in Oman and the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reporting, and compliance protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of sales experience in UPS/power solutions, data center infrastructure, and CCTV/Surveillance solutions is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven network of local resellers, VARs, system integrators, and enterprise clients in Oman.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in selling brands such as APC, Vertiv, Eaton, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Hikvision, Pelco, CP Plus, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a distribution or vendor environment is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen with ability to structure deals, negotiate pricing, and drive urgency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driving license for Oman is required.
 </li>
