Enterprise Sales Manager – Power (UPS), Data Center Infrastructure & Surveillance (CCTV) – Oman

Hiperdist is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead sales across Power (UPS), Data Center Infrastructure, and Surveillance (CCTV) verticals in Oman , with potential collaboration across the GCC. This role is ideal for a professional with proven sales experience, strong channel relationships, and hands-on success in technical solution sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for UPS systems (1-Phase & 3-Phase), servers, storage, networking, PDUs, racks, cabinets, and CCTV solutions (cameras, NVRs/DVRs, monitors, and accessories).
  • Sell through Oman-based resellers, VARs, SIs, end users, and service providers.
  • Develop, manage, and grow key channel partner relationships across the assigned territory.
  • Own the full sales cycle: forecast, commit, close, and collect revenue.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring quarterly revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews covering revenue, collections, inventory, and partner activity.
  • Ensure product availability and inventory accuracy in coordination with logistics and category teams.
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations, product demos, and proof-of-value to clients and partners.
  • Represent Hiperdist at industry events, vendor sessions, exhibitions, and roadshows in Oman and the region.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reporting, and compliance protocols.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in UPS/power solutions, data center infrastructure, and CCTV/Surveillance solutions is mandatory.
  • Proven network of local resellers, VARs, system integrators, and enterprise clients in Oman.
  • Demonstrated success in selling brands such as APC, Vertiv, Eaton, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Hikvision, Pelco, CP Plus, or similar.
  • Prior experience in a distribution or vendor environment is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to structure deals, negotiate pricing, and drive urgency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driving license for Oman is required.
