Part-Time to Full-Time Graphic Designer &amp; Content CreatorAre you a creative and motivated individual passionate about design, photography, and videography? We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer &amp; Content Creator to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and creating engaging content across various platforms.Hours: 10-12 hours per week, with opportunity for full-time employment early 2026.Location: Gilbert, AZ (in-office 1-2x/month, with travel to clinic locations in the Phoenix metro area as needed for content capture)What You'll Do<ul><li>Graphic Design:</li><li>Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email creative, brochures, flyers, and presentations.</li><li>Assist in creating visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.</li><li>Work with the marketing team and clinic staff to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.</li><li>Prepare and format final files for various digital and print applications.</li><li>Photography &amp; Videography:</li><li>Capture photos and videos at our clinics and other company events.</li><li>Support with editing and post-production of photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, blogs, etc.</li><li>Help organize and maintain our media library.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, photography, and/or videography skills.</li><li>Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of visual composition.</li></ul><ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Must be a Phoenix-area resident with reliable transportation.</li><li>Available to work 10-12 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.</li><li>Ability to travel to various clinic locations as needed for content capture.</li><li>A self-starter who is well-organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 12 &ndash; 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
