Part-Time to Full-Time Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Are you a creative and motivated individual passionate about design, photography, and videography? We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and creating engaging content across various platforms.

Hours: 10-12 hours per week, with opportunity for full-time employment early 2026.

Location: Gilbert, AZ (in-office 1-2x/month, with travel to clinic locations in the Phoenix metro area as needed for content capture)

What You'll Do

• Graphic Design:
• Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email creative, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Assist in creating visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Work with the marketing team and clinic staff to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Prepare and format final files for various digital and print applications.
• Photography & Videography:
• Capture photos and videos at our clinics and other company events.
• Support with editing and post-production of photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, blogs, etc.
• Help organize and maintain our media library.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, photography, and/or videography skills.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of visual composition.

• Requirements:
• Must be a Phoenix-area resident with reliable transportation.
• Available to work 10-12 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel to various clinic locations as needed for content capture.
• A self-starter who is well-organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
