About the RoleWe are looking for motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Property Consultants to join our client's growing real estate team in Karachi.The ideal candidate will have 1&ndash;2 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a similar property platform, with a proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate effectively, and close sales.Experience with Zameen.com or a similar real estate platform will be highly preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, target-oriented, and looking to build a successful career in real estate sales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, property portals, networking, and other channels.</li><li>Proactively identify potential buyers, investors, and property sellers.</li><li>Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized pipeline.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales growth.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.</li><li>Build strong, professional relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.</li><li>Provide clients with relevant property options based on their requirements.</li><li>Maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.</li><li>Provide professional guidance and ensure a positive client experience.</li></ul>Property Sales &amp; Transactions<ul><li>Promote and market available properties to prospective clients.</li><li>Arrange and conduct property visits and viewings.</li><li>Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, and investment potential.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and other transaction terms between buyers and sellers.</li><li>Handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively.</li><li>Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through negotiation and closing.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.</li><li>Ensure all necessary documentation and transaction requirements are completed accurately.</li></ul>Market Research<ul><li>Stay updated on property prices, market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities in Karachi.</li><li>Develop strong knowledge of key residential and commercial areas.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.</li><li>Provide clients with accurate and relevant market information.</li></ul>CRM &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, property viewings, and sales activities.</li><li>Update CRM systems and property portals regularly.</li><li>Prepare sales activity reports and pipeline updates as required.</li><li>Track leads from initial contact through conversion.</li><li>Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience with Zameen.com or a similar real estate/property platform is highly preferred.</li><li>Experience in residential or commercial property sales will be an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
