You&rsquo;ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring both our creative studio and vibrant event spaces run flawlessly.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):<ul><li>Client Relations &amp; Bookings: Manage inquiries, conduct engaging studio and event space tours, and guide clients through the booking process for both recording/podcast sessions and private events (Sweet 16s, baby showers, corporate mixers, etc.).</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Coordination: Efficiently schedule all studio bookings and event dates, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal use of our space.</li><li>Administrative &amp; Financials: Handle invoicing, payment processing, and maintain meticulous records.</li><li>Event Planning Support: Provide basic event planning and coordination support, assisting clients with logistics, vendor recommendations, and on-site setup guidance to ensure successful events.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Oversee general studio and event space readiness, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and professional environment for all clients.</li><li>Remote Work: Manage some administrative tasks and communication remotely, offering flexibility in your schedule.</li></ul>What We're Looking For (Qualifications):<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in administrative, office management, event coordination, or customer service roles preferred. Experience in a studio or venue setting is a major plus!</li><li>Responsibility &amp; Punctuality: You are inherently reliable, always on time, and understand the critical importance of commitments.</li><li>People Skills: An outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor that makes every client feel valued and understood.</li><li>Organization &amp; Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills are a must, with a keen eye for detail in scheduling, paperwork, and planning.</li><li>Tech Savvy: Comfortable with online booking systems, and standard office applications (Google Workspace, Canva, AI,and more)</li><li>Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute ideas to help the company expand.
