Are you a highly organized, personable, and proactive individual with a passion for events and a knack for smooth operations? Hit Central Studios, a dynamic and growing multi-purpose venue in Gravesend, Brooklyn, is looking for a talented Part-Time Studio & Event Manager to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow with a company, taking on significant responsibilities that impact our day-to-day success and future expansion. You’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring both our creative studio and vibrant event spaces run flawlessly.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Client Relations & Bookings: Manage inquiries, conduct engaging studio and event space tours, and guide clients through the booking process for both recording/podcast sessions and private events (Sweet 16s, baby showers, corporate mixers, etc.).
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule all studio bookings and event dates, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal use of our space.
  • Administrative & Financials: Handle invoicing, payment processing, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Event Planning Support: Provide basic event planning and coordination support, assisting clients with logistics, vendor recommendations, and on-site setup guidance to ensure successful events.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee general studio and event space readiness, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and professional environment for all clients.
  • Remote Work: Manage some administrative tasks and communication remotely, offering flexibility in your schedule.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative, office management, event coordination, or customer service roles preferred. Experience in a studio or venue setting is a major plus!
  • Responsibility & Punctuality: You are inherently reliable, always on time, and understand the critical importance of commitments.
  • People Skills: An outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor that makes every client feel valued and understood.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills are a must, with a keen eye for detail in scheduling, paperwork, and planning.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with online booking systems, and standard office applications (Google Workspace, Canva, AI,and more)
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute ideas to help the company expand. This role has significant potential for increased hours and responsibilities.

Hours & Compensation:

  • Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with potential for increased hours as the business grows.
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
  • Mix of on-site work in our vibrant Gravesend studio and flexible remote tasks.
