ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will handle front desk duties alongside day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, supporting smooth office operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer incoming phone calls and connect callers to the relevant person or departmentFile and organize job orders, cheques, general entries, and petty cash vouchers systematicallyMaintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system for all financial and administrative documentsCoordinate with external stakeholders including insurance agents, vendors, and service providersAssist in preparing bonus sheets and basic HR/payroll support dataGreet and guide visitors professionally at the front deskSupport the accounts and admin team with general clerical tasksEnsure confidentiality of all sensitive documents and recordsREQUIREMENTS1&ndash;2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or admin roleGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Basic knowledge of filing systems and office administrationFamiliarity with petty cash handling and general accounting entries is preferredProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)UAE-based candidates preferred; immediate joiners given priorityPay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per monthWork Location: In person
