ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will handle front desk duties alongside day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, supporting smooth office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming phone calls and connect callers to the relevant person or department
File and organize job orders, cheques, general entries, and petty cash vouchers systematically
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system for all financial and administrative documents
Coordinate with external stakeholders including insurance agents, vendors, and service providers
Assist in preparing bonus sheets and basic HR/payroll support data
Greet and guide visitors professionally at the front desk
Support the accounts and admin team with general clerical tasks
Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive documents and records
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or admin role
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Basic knowledge of filing systems and office administration
Familiarity with petty cash handling and general accounting entries is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
UAE-based candidates preferred; immediate joiners given priority
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
