About the Role
We are a well-established law firm in Dubai seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, screen enquiries, and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier arrangements
- Maintain reception area to a high standard at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including document handling and filing
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to support daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk administrator, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
