Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive receptionist cum admin assistant who is fluent in Arabic and English to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk management, administrative support, coordination tasks, and effective follow-up across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks
  • Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital) ensuring proper documentation and record keeping
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and task completion
  • Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and external communications
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing basic reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier, etc.)
  • Support procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required
  • Ensure a professional and organized office environment at all times

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability will be preferred

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
