Receptionist / Admin Assistant

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Facility Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, assisting tenants and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions within a commercial building environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, and/or facility management support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
