We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Facility Management team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, assisting tenants and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions within a commercial building environment.<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, and/or facility management support.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li></ul>Pay: From AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
