PARIS GROUP is hiring for Retail Merchandiser.Understand the market needs in order to plan suitable strategies to improve the sales turnover, plan and execute the ideal concept of product distribution &amp; allocation in terms of positioning, selling point and merchandising as well as pricing strategies for each category of items and assist in making the proper OTB considering all related factors.<ul><li>Forecast sales plans &amp; revise requirements during in-season trading, drafting merchandise plans down to the level of Store by month by department, detailing sales, markdown, intake &amp; stock.</li><li>Leverage from sales data and market understanding to recommend the optimum product range, positioning and selling points, also, setting deadlines and targets to liquidate the assigned stock.</li><li>Optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas</li><li>Analyze the market needs as per the fashion forecast</li><li>Identify peak trading factors per brand/product.</li><li>Prepare the products distribution &amp; allocation plan for the items to various locations as per the requirements and update allocations status</li><li>Review fast &amp; slow moving items and suggest re-pricing strategies &amp; promotions for each product/category based on items performance and provide data analysis accordingly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in any business field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience in Fashion Retail or related field</li></ul>Apply now and join our team!Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Visa status &amp; validity</li><li>How much is your expected salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Retail Merchandiser: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
