We specialize in banners, vinyl lettering, vehicle wraps, and custom signage. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help run day-to-day design and production operations.Position OverviewThis is a key role responsible for preparing print-ready files and assisting with production. The ideal candidate has experience in a sign shop or print environment and understands how to take a design from concept to finished product.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and edit designs for signs, banners, and vinyl graphics</li><li>Prepare print-ready files for large format printers</li><li>Operate or assist with printers, plotters, and vinyl cutters</li><li>Set up layouts for vehicle wraps and window graphics</li><li>Ensure proper sizing, scaling, bleeds, and file setup</li><li>Communicate with customers to finalize designs when needed</li><li>Assist with production and finishing of signage</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience working in a sign shop or print shop (HIGHLY preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW</li><li>Understanding of large-format printing and vinyl cutting</li><li>Ability to create print-ready files (very important)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly</li><li>Reliable and able to work independently</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valuable)<ul><li>Vehicle wrap design experience</li><li>Experience with sign installation</li><li>Knowledge of RIP software (Flexi, Onyx, etc.)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for growth in a long-standing business</li><li>Flexible structure depending on skill level (hourly or salary)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.55 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Greenwich, CT 06831
