About Us

We are an established sign, lettering, and printing company with over 30 years in business. We specialize in banners, vinyl lettering, vehicle wraps, and custom signage. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help run day-to-day design and production operations.

Position Overview

This is a key role responsible for preparing print-ready files and assisting with production. The ideal candidate has experience in a sign shop or print environment and understands how to take a design from concept to finished product.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit designs for signs, banners, and vinyl graphics
• Prepare print-ready files for large format printers
• Operate or assist with printers, plotters, and vinyl cutters
• Set up layouts for vehicle wraps and window graphics
• Ensure proper sizing, scaling, bleeds, and file setup
• Communicate with customers to finalize designs when needed
• Assist with production and finishing of signage

Requirements

• Experience working in a sign shop or print shop (HIGHLY preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
• Understanding of large-format printing and vinyl cutting
• Ability to create print-ready files (very important)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Reliable and able to work independently

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valuable)

• Vehicle wrap design experience
• Experience with sign installation
• Knowledge of RIP software (Flexi, Onyx, etc.)
