Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.</li><li>Write engaging captions and copy in clear English.</li><li>Track trends in entrepreneurship and education to create relevant posts.</li><li>Design basic creatives or coordinate with designers for graphics and videos.</li><li>Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.</li><li>Monitor comments, messages, and queries across all social media handles.</li><li>Track reach, engagement, and follower growth; prepare monthly reports.</li><li>Support live coverage of events, workshops, and webinars.</li><li>Plan and shoot content such as session highlights, student testimonials, faculty interviews, campus activities, entrepreneurship projects, and events.</li><li>Suggest content ideas to improve visibility and brand image.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience managing social media pages.</li><li>Strong written and verbal English skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.</li><li>Understanding of analytics on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.</li><li>Ability to research and adapt content to target audiences.</li><li>Organised and able to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Video editing skills (Filmora, VN, or similar).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, SMO and paid ads.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,765.60 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
