Key Responsibilities
- Plan and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions and copy in clear English.
- Track trends in entrepreneurship and education to create relevant posts.
- Design basic creatives or coordinate with designers for graphics and videos.
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Monitor comments, messages, and queries across all social media handles.
- Track reach, engagement, and follower growth; prepare monthly reports.
- Support live coverage of events, workshops, and webinars.
- Plan and shoot content such as session highlights, student testimonials, faculty interviews, campus activities, entrepreneurship projects, and events.
- Suggest content ideas to improve visibility and brand image.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media pages.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Understanding of analytics on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
- Ability to research and adapt content to target audiences.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Video editing skills (Filmora, VN, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SMO and paid ads.

Pay: ₹12,765.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
