Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership: Direct and oversee the Finance and Accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.</li><li>Strategic Management: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company&rsquo;s goals.</li><li>Department Reorganization: Assess current departmental structures and processes, recommending and executing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Operational Oversight: Manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.</li><li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide insightful forecasts to support decision-making.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial practices.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency, aligning financial operations with overall business objectives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.</li><li>Familiarity with Odoo ERP financial management software.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD800.000 - BD1,500.000 per month
