Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Direct and oversee the Finance and Accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Strategic Management: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Department Reorganization: Assess current departmental structures and processes, recommending and executing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide insightful forecasts to support decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency, aligning financial operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP financial management software.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: BD800.000 - BD1,500.000 per month
