Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to our company&rsquo;s success.Duties<ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems&mdash;both electronic and paper&mdash;to ensure quick retrieval of information</li><li>Assist with data entry, bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, and basic office management duties to support daily operations</li><li>Greet visitors at the front desk warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer support and support for office visitors</li><li>Support executive team with personal assistant responsibilities including travel arrangements, calendar management, and task prioritization</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills</li><li>Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in customer service or reception roles</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members</li><li>Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, scheduling, and document organization</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively</li></ul>Join us as an Executive Administrative Assistant to be a key player in creating a seamless office environment!
