Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tyre Sales Executive with over 3 years of experience in tyre sales within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a solid customer base, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Sell a range of tyres (commercial &amp; industrial) to retail and corporate clients.&middot; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.&middot; Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.&middot; Recommend appropriate tyre solutions based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.&middot; Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.&middot; Develop and execute a monthly sales plan, including target-setting, promotional strategies, and prioritization of key accounts.&middot; Prepare sales forecasts to anticipate demand and plan stock requirements in coordination with inventory and warehouse teams.&middot; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust sales strategies proactively.&middot; Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfillment.&middot; Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and collections.&middot; Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, highlighting achievements, pending orders, challenges, and action plans.&middot; Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.&middot; Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and increase sales.&middot; Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required to expand market reach.Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of tyre sales experience in the UAE (required).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other field (required).</li><li>Good knowledge of tyre brands, specifications, and market trends.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.</li><li>Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + attractive incentives</li><li>Company car/allowance + fuel</li><li>Professional growth in a rapidly expanding organisation</li><li>Supportive and performance-driven work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
