Tyre Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tyre Sales Executive with over 3 years of experience in tyre sales within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a solid customer base, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sell a range of tyres (commercial & industrial) to retail and corporate clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.

· Recommend appropriate tyre solutions based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Develop and execute a monthly sales plan, including target-setting, promotional strategies, and prioritization of key accounts.

· Prepare sales forecasts to anticipate demand and plan stock requirements in coordination with inventory and warehouse teams.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust sales strategies proactively.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfillment.

· Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and collections.

· Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, highlighting achievements, pending orders, challenges, and action plans.

· Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

· Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and increase sales.

· Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required to expand market reach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of tyre sales experience in the UAE (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other field (required).
• Good knowledge of tyre brands, specifications, and market trends.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
