We specialize in project-based automation works, offering end-to-end solutions from design and supply to installation and after-sales service.

To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated Outdoor Sales Representative to handle project sales and build long-term customer relationships in both automation and coatings divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project enquiries related to automation systems (car sheds, rolling shutters, swing and sliding gates, etc.).
• Identify and meet consultants, contractors, and project managers to promote automation and Sigma Coatings products.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
• Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and payment collections.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor or project sales experience in automation, coatings, or building materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE project and construction market.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi,Malayalam or Urdu is a plus).
