An outdoor sales representative is responsible for generating sales through face-to-face interactions with customers, managing client relationships, and promoting products or services within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Travel within assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers, present sales proposals, and provide product or service demonstrations.
- Sales Generation: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Research: Identify prospective customers, research competitors’ products and pricing, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activities; submit regular sales reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop strategies and materials tailored to target markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in outside or field sales is highly valued.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation skills are essential for closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and proactively pursue leads.
- Have OWN car and Driving Licence.
SALARY
- 3000 AED plus commissions.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
