Position Overview
Scaffworks Scaffolding Industry LLC is seeking an aggressive, results-driven Technical Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the UAE construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale and rental of scaffolding systems (including Cuplock and access solutions).
This role requires a proactive professional who understands the local construction landscape, can build immediate trust with project managers and procurement heads, and has the field mobility required to secure deals directly on-site.

- Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE for scaffolding sales and rental fleets.
- On-Site Client Acquisition: Conduct regular site visits to identify active projects, meet with site face-to-face, and pitch Scaffworks solutions directly to Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement Officers.
- Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high utilization of rental assets.
- Estimation & Proposals: Coordinate closely with the internal technical and estimation teams to prepare accurate, competitive quotes based on client drawings and structural requirements.
- Commercial Negotiation: Handle negotiations, close commercial contracts, and oversee the prompt collection of payments and receivables (in compliance with company credit policies).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and upcoming major projects to keep the company ahead of market trends.
Candidate Requirements
- UAE Market Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the UAE construction sector, with a strong focus on scaffolding, formwork, or heavy building materials.
- Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in both English and Hindi. Ability to confidently negotiate and build rapport with a diverse pool of multinational contractors and site personnel is critical.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License: Mandatory. The role requires daily travel across various emirates and project locations.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of scaffolding systems (e.g., Cuplock, system scaffolding), load capacities, and safety standards in the UAE.
- Network: An existing, active database of Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, project managers, and purchase managers in the region is highly advantageous.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and managing complex commercial contracts.
