Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Marine 4-Stroke High-Speed Engines and Marine propulsion systems across the UAE.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine sector, with a strong focus on yachts, shipowners, fleet operators, and marine service providers.
- Promote service sales including marine engine overhauling, transmissions/gearboxes, turbochargers, and oil servicing solutions.
- Actively secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and long-term service agreements for engines, turbochargers, gearboxes, propulsion systems, and associated marine equipment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and professional communication.
- Present and promote the company’s technical and service capabilities, including engine overhauls, gearbox repairs, turbocharger servicing, propulsion system support, and oil servicing.
- Generate leads, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales and service contracts.
- Coordinate closely with internal service, technical, and operations teams to ensure proper job planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the marine sales and services sector.
- Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering (not mandatory if strong sales background in marine).
- UAE Driving license mandatory
- Strong technical understanding of Marine 4-Stroke High-Speed Engines, propulsion systems, engine and gearbox overhauls, turbochargers, and oil servicing.
- Demonstrated ability to secure AMCs, service contracts, and equipment sales within the marine sector.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE for client meetings and business development.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
