About the RoleWe are hiring a Sales Engineer with direct experience in air compressors or compressed air systems to drive new business across the UAE. Sales Engineer - Air Compresssor

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive sales of Marine 4-Stroke High-Speed Engines and Marine propulsion systems across the UAE.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine sector, with a strong focus on yachts, shipowners, fleet operators, and marine service providers.</li><li>Promote service sales including marine engine overhauling, transmissions/gearboxes, turbochargers, and oil servicing solutions.</li><li>Actively secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and long-term service agreements for engines, turbochargers, gearboxes, propulsion systems, and associated marine equipment.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and professional communication.</li><li>Present and promote the company&rsquo;s technical and service capabilities, including engine overhauls, gearbox repairs, turbocharger servicing, propulsion system support, and oil servicing.</li><li>Generate leads, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales and service contracts.</li><li>Coordinate closely with internal service, technical, and operations teams to ensure proper job planning, scheduling, and execution.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the marine sales and services sector.</li><li>Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering (not mandatory if strong sales background in marine). </li><li>UAE Driving license mandatory</li><li>Strong technical understanding of Marine 4-Stroke High-Speed Engines, propulsion systems, engine and gearbox overhauls, turbochargers, and oil servicing.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to secure AMCs, service contracts, and equipment sales within the marine sector.</li><li>Excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE for client meetings and business development.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Marine Sales/ Service: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
