About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Engineer with direct experience in air compressors or compressed air systems to drive new business across the UAE. This is a field-heavy, technical sales role — you will spend most of your time at customer sites, not behind a desk.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new accounts across industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, and construction sectors
- Conduct site assessments and compressed air audits to size and specify the right system
- Build technical proposals with ROI and lifecycle cost analysis
- Lead negotiations on pricing and service contracts
- Manage your pipeline accurately in CRM and report weekly to management
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams from order to commissioning
What You Need
- 3+ years in technical sales or application engineering — air compressors, vacuum, or rotating equipment only
- Ability to size and specify compressor systems from site data, not just catalog sheets
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets — you will be asked for numbers
- UAE driving license — mandatory
- English fluency required;
Preferred
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or diploma
- Existing UAE industrial or contractor network
