Sales Engineer - Air Compresssor

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Engineer with direct experience in air compressors or compressed air systems to drive new business across the UAE. This is a field-heavy, technical sales role — you will spend most of your time at customer sites, not behind a desk.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close new accounts across industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, and construction sectors
  • Conduct site assessments and compressed air audits to size and specify the right system
  • Build technical proposals with ROI and lifecycle cost analysis
  • Lead negotiations on pricing and service contracts
  • Manage your pipeline accurately in CRM and report weekly to management
  • Coordinate with logistics and service teams from order to commissioning

What You Need

  • 3+ years in technical sales or application engineering — air compressors, vacuum, or rotating equipment only
  • Ability to size and specify compressor systems from site data, not just catalog sheets
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets — you will be asked for numbers
  • UAE driving license — mandatory
  • English fluency required;

Preferred

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or diploma
  • Existing UAE industrial or contractor network
