Business Development Executive

We are looking for Business Development Executives with a minimum of 1 year sales experience in the UAE freight forwarding industry.

Locations: Sharjah

Preference: Candidates holding a valid UAE Driving Licence

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry (land, air & sea) in UAE

A strong and active client base across air, sea, and land freight

Solid understanding of freight forwarding terminologies, Incoterms, and logistics processes

Good knowledge of the UAE and regional market trends, pricing, and competition

Ability to generate new business, manage key accounts, and close deals independently

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A proactive approach and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment

Note: This position is for Sales only; operations and customer service experience will not be suitable.
