Sales Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Availability: Immediate to 15 days’ notice

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Female Sales Executive with a strong background in Vacation/holiday homes and real estate, particularly within the Sharjah market (experience in the Sharjah market is mandatory). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in property sales, leasing, and client relationship management, with a passion for the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties in the Sharjah market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and agents.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Vacaction/holiday homes or real estate within the Sharjah/UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred.
• Must be currently based in UAE/Sharjah.
