Accounts Assistant cum Collection Executive (1 Position) – With Car

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Collection Executive with UAE experience to manage receivables and support accounting operations, preferably within the third-party inspection or technical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks

Follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and client visits

Maintain accurate records of receivables and collection tracking

Prepare ageing reports and collection status updates

Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding client payments

Ensure timely collection to maintain the company's cash flow

Support the finance team with administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in accounts/collections

Experience in the third-party inspection / technical services industry preferred

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and receivables management

Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)

Strong follow-up, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
