We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions to our clients globally.Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for precision engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing aerospace components according to technical specifications and quality standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform precision assembly of aerospace components using specialized tools and equipment</li><li>Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards</li><li>Follow technical drawings, blueprints, diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures and assembly instructions accurately</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues</li><li>Operate production line machinery</li><li>Utilize handheld tools such as a hand-held screw, drill gun, and air gun</li><li>Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets engineering drawings</li><li>Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified</li><li>Rework and/or repair assembled products per engineering specification changes</li><li>Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li><li>Basic use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparator</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechanical engineering or related field is a plus</li><li>Proven experience in watchmaking and mechanical assembly, preferably in the aerospace industry</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy</li><li>Familiarity with technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAINING: Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and gloves.
