Property Manager &ndash; Part-Time (Onsite) Fort Worth, TX &ndash; SW AreaWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations at an 88-unit condominium community in Southwest Fort Worth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with an HOA Board.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the community</li><li>Manage staff and vendors</li><li>Handle billing and HOA dues collection</li><li>Prepare reports and communicate regularly with the HOA Board</li><li>Ensure compliance with community policies and procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in residential property management, preferably in an on-site role</li><li>Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with property management software, knowledge of Buildium management software a big plus.</li><li>Solid computer skills</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time 25-35 Hours/week, onsite</li><li>Schedule: 5-7 hours per day, 5 days per week</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
