Property Manager – Part-Time (Onsite)
Fort Worth, TX – SW Area

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations at an 88-unit condominium community in Southwest Fort Worth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with an HOA Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community
• Manage staff and vendors
• Handle billing and HOA dues collection
• Prepare reports and communicate regularly with the HOA Board
• Ensure compliance with community policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in residential property management, preferably in an on-site role
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software, knowledge of Buildium management software a big plus.
• Solid computer skills

Position Details:

• Part-time 25-35 Hours/week, onsite
• Schedule: 5-7 hours per day, 5 days per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
