Hoefner Corporation, a manufacturer of Complex Precision Aerospace Machined Parts has immediate opening for the following position:Office Administrative Assistant<ul><li>To provide clerical/office support for multiple departments throughout the organization.</li></ul>Job Duties:<ul><li>Answering the telephone</li><li>Handling inquires and incoming work requests</li><li>Receiving and distributing incoming mail.</li><li>Provide support in maintaining the filing system</li><li>Photocopying, scanning, faxing, the use of emails and the internet</li><li>Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages</li><li>Typing documents and correspondence - Typing 40 wpm</li><li>Provide support in accounting procedures such as Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Purchasing a plus.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in an office machine shop environment</li><li>Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point</li><li>Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills</li></ul>Paid Benefits:<ul><li>Health and Life Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Holidays</li></ul>Wages will be based on overall skills.NO RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT.
