We move fast, we take care of our clients, and we need someone who can keep up with real production volume &mdash; not just talk about it.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Managing bookkeeping for multiple clients &mdash; bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and monthly close work in QuickBooks</li><li>Preparing and filing individual and business tax returns using ProSeries (personal, partnerships, S-corps, etc.)</li><li>Processing payroll for multiple companies, including garnishments, direct deposits, and quarterly filings (941s, 940s, NJ-927, state reports)</li><li>Tracking and following up on outstanding invoices and client documentation</li><li>Generating financial reports and flagging discrepancies before they become problems</li><li>Supporting the team during tax season with high-volume return preparation</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Hands-on experience with ProSeries tax software (this is non-negotiable)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)</li><li>Experience managing bookkeeping and tax prep for multiple clients simultaneously</li><li>Payroll processing experience, including quarterly and year-end reporting</li><li>Familiarity with IRS and NJ state filing requirements</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Excellent attention to detail &mdash; you catch what others miss</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience with ADP payroll</li><li>Notary Public certification</li><li>Background in office management or client-facing roles</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hybrid work flexibility &mdash; a mix of in-office and remote days</li><li>Competitive pay based on your experience and skill set</li><li>A firm that&rsquo;s growing, with real opportunity to take on more responsibility</li><li>A team that respects your expertise and doesn&rsquo;t micromanage</li></ul>Ready to bring your skills to a firm that actually needs them?Apply now and tell us a little about the clients and work you&rsquo;ve handled.
