 to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while helping drive strategic talent acquisition and organizational growth.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll act as a key partner to hiring managers and business leaders, aligning on workforce needs and delivering high-quality candidates across salaried, professional, technical, and leadership roles. From sourcing and screening to managing the candidate experience and ensuring compliance, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and promoting the company&rsquo;s employment brand.
 
 
 
 How You Will Make An Impact
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for salaried, professional, technical, and leadership positions
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless hiring process
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate pre-employment processes, including background screening and onboarding steps
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote the company&rsquo;s employment brand across all recruitment channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
 </li>

 Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 The Essentials
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience recruiting in a corporate, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, employment laws, and selection practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Optional but Impressive
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with talent pipeline development or strategic workforce planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with employer branding initiatives
 </li>

 About the Role
 Are you an analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Capacity Planner to support capacity planning and execution while helping drive efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
 In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between operations and supply chain teams, partnering to align production capacity with customer demand. From developing capacity plans to identifying constraints and supporting scenario planning, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring production plans are achievable and aligned with business priorities.
 
How You Will Make an Impact
 <ul>
<li>Develop and maintain manufacturing capacity plans, analyzing labor, equipment, and resource constraints to align with demand forecasts</li>
<li>Partner with supply chain and operations to translate demand into actionable production plans</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints, recommending solutions to ensure production continuity</li>
<li>Perform scenario planning and modeling to evaluate risks and respond to demand fluctuations</li>
<li>Analyze capacity utilization, throughput, and efficiency data to identify trends and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, tools, and performance</li>
<li>Support S&OP and planning reviews, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure alignment</li>
<li>Communicate capacity risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain accurate planning data and leverage systems (ERP/MRP) to support visibility and decision-making</li>
</ul>
The Essentials
 <ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis</li>
<li>Experience working with ERP/MRP systems</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong accountability and attention to detail</li>
</ul>
