Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant &mdash; Roofing Company (Full-Time) Location: Gainesville, FL Company: Hogtown Roofing &amp; ConstructionWe are growing and looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant who can wear multiple hats and help support our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will support the company owner and the roofing team by helping streamline office tasks, improve time management, and enhance customer experience. Primary responsibilities include:Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Process and organize paperwork, job files, contracts, and compliance documents</li><li>Assist with scheduling, follow-up communication, and project-related tasks</li><li>Maintain digital and physical filing systems</li></ul>Social Media Content Support<ul><li>Capture photos and videos on job sites and in the office</li><li>Assist in filming content for marketing, branding, and social platforms</li><li>Coordinate with owner on ideas and posting schedules</li></ul>Personal Assistant / Driving Support<ul><li>Drive the owner to and from meetings, job sites, and appointments to maximize scheduling efficiency</li><li>Assist during meetings by taking notes, organizing follow-up actions, and ensuring preparedness</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Strong work ethic, dependable, and highly organized</li><li>Comfortable filming and using a smartphone for content creation</li><li>Strong communication skills and a service-minded customer approach</li><li>Professional appearance and ability to represent the company well</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt throughout the day</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)</li><li>Mileage or gas reimbursement when applicable</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within a growing company</li><li>Positive, team-focused work environment</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief description of why you&rsquo;d be a great fit.
