Senior IT Technician / MSP Field Services LeadComputer Pros is looking for a skilled, dependable Senior IT Technician / MSP Field Services Lead to help support our residential and business customers across East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.This is not a basic bench-tech position. We need someone who can take ownership of real-world IT problems, work directly with customers, handle onsite service calls, support small business networks, and help manage projects from start to finish.About Computer ProsComputer Pros has been helping local customers with computer and technology needs since 1996. We support residential customers, small businesses, and managed IT clients with practical, honest, local technology service.What This Role Handles<ul><li>Onsite computer repair and troubleshooting</li><li>Business IT support and managed services</li><li>Networking setup and troubleshooting</li><li>Routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, and basic infrastructure</li><li>Microsoft 365 and email support</li><li>Workstation setup and replacement</li><li>Printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting</li><li>Security camera and low-voltage support when needed</li><li>Customer communication and follow-up</li><li>Project coordination for installs, upgrades, and service work</li><li>Documentation of customer systems, passwords, notes, and service history</li></ul>What We Need<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting skills</li><li>Experience with small business networks</li><li>Comfortable working onsite with customers</li><li>Ability to explain technical issues in plain language</li><li>Dependable, organized, and professional</li><li>Able to manage several jobs or tickets at once</li><li>Willing to document work clearly</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Good customer service attitude</li><li>Sales experience is a plus</li></ul>Helpful Experience<ul><li>MSP experience</li><li>Microsoft 365 administration</li><li>Google Workspace support</li><li>Firewall/router configuration</li><li>Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi systems, and cabling</li><li>Backup systems</li><li>Antivirus/security tools</li><li>Remote support tools</li><li>Security cameras/NVRs</li><li>Low-voltage or cable termination experience</li></ul>What We Are Looking For PersonallyWe are looking for someone who can be trusted with customer relationships, business systems, and technical decisions.
