Senior IT Technician / MSP Field Services Lead

Computer Pros is looking for a skilled, dependable Senior IT Technician / MSP Field Services Lead to help support our residential and business customers across East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

This is not a basic bench-tech position. We need someone who can take ownership of real-world IT problems, work directly with customers, handle onsite service calls, support small business networks, and help manage projects from start to finish.

What This Role Handles

• Onsite computer repair and troubleshooting
• Business IT support and managed services
• Networking setup and troubleshooting
• Routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, and basic infrastructure
• Microsoft 365 and email support
• Workstation setup and replacement
• Printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting
• Security camera and low-voltage support when needed
• Customer communication and follow-up
• Project coordination for installs, upgrades, and service work
• Documentation of customer systems, passwords, notes, and service history

What We Need

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with small business networks
• Comfortable working onsite with customers
• Ability to explain technical issues in plain language
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Able to manage several jobs or tickets at once
• Willing to document work clearly
• Valid driver’s license
• Good customer service attitude
• Sales experience is a plus

• MSP experience
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Google Workspace support
• Firewall/router configuration
• Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi systems, and cabling
• Backup systems
• Antivirus/security tools
• Remote support tools
• Security cameras/NVRs
• Low-voltage or cable termination experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
