Associate Attorney &ndash; Family Law Boutique FirmWe are a small, boutique law firm dedicated to providing high-quality representation in family law matters. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment, while gaining meaningful courtroom and client experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues.</li><li>Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.</li><li>Appear at court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.</li><li>Conduct legal research and case analysis.</li><li>Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional manner.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>J.D. and active membership in the State Bar of California (in good standing).</li><li>Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and client management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience in family law is strongly preferred, but not required.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and direct client/courtroom experience.</li><li>A collegial, supportive environment where your contributions make an impact.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
