Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney – Family Law Boutique Firm

We are a small, boutique law firm dedicated to providing high-quality representation in family law matters. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment, while gaining meaningful courtroom and client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Appear at court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active membership in the State Bar of California (in good standing).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in family law is strongly preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
