Job Description: Experienced Senior Civil Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works, particularly for Call-Off and maintenance projects with Q-Companies (QatarEnergy, QAFCO, QAFAC, etc.). Responsible for quantification, rate analysis, and cost evaluation to support the tender team in developing competitive proposals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project scopes.</li><li>Prepare precise quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and infrastructure components.</li><li>Develop cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.</li><li>Perform detailed rate analysis and pricing based on market conditions.</li><li>Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and procurement departments for technical and commercial clarifications.</li><li>Prepare cost summaries, estimation sheets, and internal evaluation reports.</li><li>Ensure all estimates comply with Q-Company standards and specifications.</li><li>Support the tender department by providing timely and accurate estimation data.</li><li>Maintain updated cost databases and historical records for future reference.</li></ul>Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience in cost estimation and quantity analysis for civil, structural, and infrastructure projects across Qatar.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
