We are seeking a full time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team.As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, providing treatment plans, prescribing medication therapy, and offering counsel across the lifespan.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Diagnose and treat mental illness</li><li>Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments</li><li>Communicate with collaborating physician</li><li>Maintain a customer-oriented approach to meeting patient needs in an expedient manner, involving the family in the plan of care as appropriate.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be PMHNP/ FNP Certified with minimum 3 years' experience</li><li>Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus</li><li>DEA required</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and physicians</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Texas License</li></ul>Job Types: Full-timePay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per yearMedical Specialty:<ul><li>Psychiatry/ family practice</li></ul>Physical Setting:<ul><li>clinic and virtual- telehealth, facility/ home visits</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekend availability</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>opportunity for productivity and bonus pay</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>PMHNP- certification and APRN Texas license (Required)</li><li>DEA Certification</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Candidate willing to provide both office and facility visits</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Mental health counseling: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DEA Controlled Substances Registration (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Arlington, TX 76018 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Arlington, TX 76018: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
