Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, providing treatment plans, prescribing medication therapy, and offering counsel across the lifespan.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat mental illness
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Communicate with collaborating physician
• Maintain a customer-oriented approach to meeting patient needs in an expedient manner, involving the family in the plan of care as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Must be PMHNP/ FNP Certified with minimum 3 years' experience
• Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus
• DEA required
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and physicians
• Strong leadership skills
• Texas License

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Physical Setting:

• clinic and virtual- telehealth, facility/ home visits

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• opportunity for productivity and bonus pay

License/Certification:

• PMHNP- certification and APRN Texas license (Required)
• DEA Certification

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
