They must build strong, articulate relationships to support the branch's sales targets (90% focused on tax services).Initial Compliance and Quality Assurance: The candidate will utilize their accounting background to provide quick, persuasive initial advice, explaining the risks of escalating penalties (VAT/CT) and emphasizing the necessity of compliance.
