They must build strong, articulate relationships to support the branch's sales targets (90% focused on tax services).Initial Compliance and Quality Assurance: The candidate will utilize their accounting background to provide quick, persuasive initial advice, explaining the risks of escalating penalties (VAT/CT) and emphasizing the necessity of compliance. The ideal candidate will bring resourcefulness, organization, and superb communication skills to the role. This person should have experience working in an office, supporting co-workers and clients in various administrative tasks.
