Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Agent with Back Office Assistant with hands-on experience in FTA portal operations, VAT returns, Corporate Tax (CT) returns, and other tax-related compliance work, preferrably Arabic. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE tax regulations and capable of handling back-office documentation and reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle FTA portal registrations, updates, and submissions
• Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time
• Assist in Corporate Tax (CT) return preparation and filing
• Manage tax-related documentation and records
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required financial data
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and deadlines
• Support audits, assessments, and clarifications related to tax matters
• Perform general back-office and administrative support tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FTA portal operations
• Practical knowledge of VAT return filing and CT return processes
• Understanding of UAE tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience in tax, accounts, or back-office support

Candidate Eligibility:

• Candidates must have UAE Tax experience, FTA Portal experience, VAT return and CT Return
• Accurately prepare, compute, and file tax returns (e.g., VAT and Corporate Tax) within legal timeframes
• Prior UAE tax experience is mandatory
• Exposure to audit or compliance support
