As a Response Nurse, you&rsquo;ll oversee the care team, ensure high-quality care for residents, and respond to medical needs during your shift. You&rsquo;ll also serve as a resource and mentor for Resident Assistants, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment.</div><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, and treatments</li><li>
Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate care</li><li>
Supervise and coach care staff, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations</li><li>
Build trusting relationships with residents and families, offering emotional support</li><li>
Act as a liaison between residents and physicians, managing orders and communication</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care planning</li></ul><br>

Location: 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546</li><li>
Schedule:
<ul><li>36 hours per pay period</li><li>
Monday 6:30pm-7am</li><li>
Friday 1pm-7pm</li></ul></li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>
Current MI LPN license</li><li>
CPR certification required</li><li>
Experience with geriatrics preferred</li><li>
Basic computer skills for charting in PCC</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills</li></ul><br>
