In this role, you will be the go-to expert for clients seeking premium plumbing fixtures, tile, and lighting. Your enthusiasm for remodeling, renovation, and construction projects will help clients transform their spaces into one of a kind spaces. With expert product knowledge, you'll guide customers through their selections with confidence, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that exceeds expectations. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission.Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with customers through inside and outside sales efforts, providing personalized consultations on plumbing, tile, lighting, and renovation solutions.</li><li>Manage relationships through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on inside sales strategies and marketing to boost store visibility and sales performance.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical support on maintenance or remodeling projects, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in plumbing/tile or retail sales within luxury or high-end home improvement markets is preferred.</li><li>Experience in renovation, construction, or interior design provides valuable insight into client needs and project workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, merchandising principles, and basic math</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;are vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members effectively.</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health savings account</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
